 SkyVolt ™ offers PV systems, grid connected or stand alone. Systems may be ground or roof mounted. We offer panels from all major manufacturers including Sanyo.
An ideal location would be south facing on a 30-40 degree angled roof, with nothing shading the panels.
A solar PV system can be mounted onto most types of property. It can also be pole mounted and sun tracking.
In a new build or renovation application the roof material itself can comprise of solar tiles offering the best possible appearance.
In Ireland we receive between 900 and 1200 Kw/h of energy per square metre per year from the sun.
| For every Kw/p you install you get appox 800Kw/h per year. |
5Kw/p - 5 x 800=4000Kw/h per year
A system of 3Kw/p would need a roof surface of 27m square.
